Street parking is available as well as numerous private parking lots, including UW campus parking. Be cautious and look for signs that may outline hours, payments and/or permit requirements, if any.

We require first and last month’s rent prior to moving in. In order to reserve a unit, we require a security deposit equal to one month’s rent at the time of the lease signing. Upon move-out, this security deposit will be refundable in check/direct deposit.

There is a $85 flat fee for utility which includes water, sewer, garbage and gas.

Though we share your enthusiasm and interest in our studios, each unit is equipped for single occupancy only. However, we can accommodate you and your friends to each be in separate units on the same floor or building. We also have some units on the 1st floor of the Sophie, Juno and Alta buildings that share 1 bathroom for a little less money!

We love our pets, but other than service animals and emotional support animals (both require documentation), we can’t let them into our buildings.
